I love books with maps and it was a joy to work with Karl Whitely to bring my rough sketch of Maz’s world to life.

Here is some information about Karl Whiteley and his work.

After leaving the Army in 2009, Karl graduated with a First Class BA (Hons) illustration in 2013. Living in Wales, Karl likes family stuff, walking his dog, books, being in the woods, being on the hills, the gym, writing, gardening, drawing, savoury food, film, Megalithic studies (standing stones) and Neolithic history. He is currently retraining as an archaeological illustrator.
